All OHSOOL garments are produced on demand. We do not pre-produce or warehouse inventory.


Processing & Production

Each garment is made to order.

Orders enter production shortly after purchase. Production timelines are reflected at checkout at the time of order.

Once production is complete, each piece is inspected and prepared for shipment.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).


Shipping Timeline

Delivery timelines begin after production is complete.

Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. These are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions outside of our control.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves the facility.


Shipping Costs

Shipping is included in the price of the product unless otherwise stated at checkout.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. OHSOOL is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, contact:

We will assist in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can address the issue promptly.
