Return & Refund Policy

Each OHSOOL garment is produced on demand. Returns are accepted selectively to preserve material integrity and controlled production.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if all of the following conditions are met:

- Item is unworn, unwashed, and unused

- Original tags remain attached

- Item is returned in original condition

Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage are not eligible for return.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method for the product price paid.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is defective or incorrect, OHSOOL will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Exchanges

To maintain production integrity, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If a different size or color is needed, eligible items may be returned and a new order placed separately.

Include your order number and reason for return. If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly.
